Shipping Policy

Delivery options for lunch boxes, food containers, bottles and bags are determined by the destination and services available at checkout. The checkout also shows any shipping charge or qualifying free-shipping offer before payment.

From order to arrival

We normally prepare an order about 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Following dispatch, the estimated carrier journey is 4–6 business days. Processing and travel are distinct periods, and neither estimate promises delivery on a fixed date. Holidays, weekends and transport disruption can affect timing.

Details and updates

Provide a correct delivery address, email and telephone number. We pass along tracking information when the carrier makes it available. Some routes and services may be limited by the destination shown at checkout.

Parcel exceptions

For a delayed or lost parcel, a delivered scan without the package, or shipping damage, contact kumarka2576@gmail.com. Please give the order number, checkout email, tracking reference if available, and photographs where useful. Resolution can depend on a carrier investigation.
