Refund Policy

Returns are available for eligible new goods whether or not they are defective, and exchange requests are accepted. A change of mind, personal preference or mistaken choice qualifies when the item is unused and remains in original condition with its packaging, labels and included accessories. Tell us as well about damage, faults, wrong items, missing parts or a significant mismatch with the description. Statutory rights continue to apply.

Request and approval

Start the request within 30 days after delivery by emailing kumarka2576@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and reason. For damage, defects, a wrong shipment or missing pieces, we may ask for images or video of both the item and its packaging. Do not mail anything before approval.

Sending an eligible return

After approval, we provide the correct return destination and instructions; our correspondence address is not automatically a returns warehouse. Returns travel by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel, and we can help if it is missing. Use it for the approved return without paying for that label or its related return postage. No restocking fee applies. An exchange depends on review and available inventory.

Refunds

For an approved refund, we process and initiate repayment to the original payment method within 10 days. The card issuer or bank may need additional time to post the funds.
